Additional Information:
Water and electricity costs are included in the rent up to €60 per month. To reserve the property, a security deposit and agent commission (+7% IGIC) are required. The commission usually amounts to the equivalent of one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months, the tenant pays the commission; for 12 months or more, the owner pays.

Regarding the security deposit, at the end of the lease, if the property is returned in the same condition as delivered, the deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
