The area:
The apartment is located in Patalavaca, a privileged area in the south of the island. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you can find restaurants, supermarkets, and other beaches with crystal-clear waters. The climate here is considered one of the best in the world.

The complex is about a 5-minute drive from the town of Arguineguín — a charming fishing village that offers both a local and touristic atmosphere, with a central area full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities.

Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are included in the rental price up to €50 per month. Internet is not included in the rental price.
To reserve the property, a security deposit and an agency fee (+7% IGIC) are required. Usually, the agency fee is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the fee is paid by the tenant; for rentals of 12 months or more, by the owner.

At the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition as it was received, the full deposit will be refunded to the tenant. Normally, the deposit amount is equivalent to one month’s rent.
