Additional Information:
Water and electricity costs are included up to €50 per month. To reserve the property, a deposit and agent’s fee (+7% IGIC) are required. Typically, the agent’s fee is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the applicable IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months, the fee is paid by the tenant; for contracts of 12 months or more, it is paid by the landlord.
At the end of the tenancy, if the property is returned in the same condition as when it was handed over, the full deposit will be refunded. The deposit usually amounts to one month’s rent.
