The area:

The house has a privileged location. It is located in a very quiet and central area in the south of Gran Canaria, Sonneland. From here you can go in a few minutes to Meloneras, where you can see spectacular sunsets or to Playa del Inglés. 

You can also walk to various villages. This area has numerous places of leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.

Additional information:

Water and electricity costs are included up to 70 euros in the rental price. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay a deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.

As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
