The apartment is very well connected by public transport, with both taxi and bus services nearby.

In addition to its paradisiacal weather and surroundings, the area is also very central. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is only 300 metres away, and Puerto Rico is just 6 minutes by car.

Puerto Rico offers a wide variety of leisure and shopping options, with several shopping centres that feature shops, restaurants, sports facilities, and more — as well as a quiet beach with white sand and crystal-clear waters.

To reserve the property, it is necessary to pay a security deposit and an agency fee (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the agency fee is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rental contracts up to 11 months, the agency fee is paid by the tenant; for contracts of 12 months or more, it is paid by the landlord.

At the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, the security deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. Normally, the deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
