The Area:
The property enjoys a privileged location. It is situated in a very quiet area of the village of Arguineguín. From here you can access several beautiful hiking trails in the valley mountains, or walk down to the beach, which is only 800 meters away (about a 30-minute walk).

You can also walk to any part of the village. Arguineguín offers numerous leisure, dining and shopping options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and a health center.

Additional Information:
Water and electricity are included up to 50 euros per month. To reserve the property, it is necessary to pay a security deposit and an agency fee (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the agency fee is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rental contracts up to 11 months, the agency fee is paid by the tenant; for contracts of 12 months or more, it is paid by the landlord.

At the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, the security deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. Normally, the deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
