The area:

The duplex is located in one of the highest areas of the village of Puerto Rico. From here you can access different hikes in the mountains of the village as well as walking or strolling towards the beach. The beach is only 500m away. About 10 minutes walking distance.

You can also walk to any part of the village. Puerto Rico has many places of leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and open air parks.

It is also one of the villages with the best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. It is located in the south of the island and you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every day. The area where the duplex is located is usually quieter and less busy than the lower part of the village.

Additional information:

Water and electricity costs are included up to 100 euros in the rental price. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay a deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.

As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
