The complex is about a 5-minute drive from the village of Arguineguín, a fishing town that combines both local and tourist atmospheres. It is a central area with plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and other services.

Additional Information:

Water and electricity are included in the rental price up to 60 euros per month. Internet is not included. To reserve the property, it is necessary to pay a security deposit and an agency fee (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the agency fee is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rental contracts up to 11 months, the agency fee is paid by the tenant; for contracts of 12 months or more, it is paid by the landlord.

At the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, the security deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. Normally, the deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
