Water and electricity costs are not included in the price. In order to reserve the property for rent, it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the commission is equivalent to one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is payable by the tenant, and for rentals of 12 months or more, it is payable by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the lease, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as it was delivered, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is equivalent to one month's rent.
