For Rent – Studio Apartment by the Beach in Arguineguín, Gran Canaria

This compact apartment enjoys a privileged location, just a few steps from the beach. The complex features a beautiful, well-maintained tropical garden situated right next to the promenade. The apartment has been recently renovated and is ready to move into immediately.

• The living and sleeping area includes a large bed, sofa, coffee table and a large wall-mounted TV. Of course, you can rearrange the furniture to suit your own style. There is also a spacious, modern storage wardrobe. This area benefits from a large window that lets in plenty of natural light.
• The kitchen is brand new, fitted with white cupboards, hob, fridge, and a dining table with chairs – compact yet practical.
• The lovely new bathroom is tiled in an elegant shade of grey with decorative detailing. It features a glass shower enclosure, toilet, washbasin and a useful cabinet with a large mirror.

Although the complex is close to the beach and shops, it is set within a quiet residential area. It truly must be seen to be fully appreciated! The building also has a lift.

LOCATION

This charming fishing village is well known for its excellent restaurants serving fresh fish and traditional Canarian cuisine. It is easily accessible, being close to the motorway, which makes travelling convenient.

Arguineguín offers a wide range of amenities including shopping centres, local shops, schools, a health centre, doctors, gyms and bars. Many of its shopping streets are pedestrianised. The town has its own beautiful beach and seafront promenade, ideal for walking.

Hiking is popular in the nearby mountains, which offer wonderful picnic areas. This part of the coast has much to offer thanks to its fantastic climate, which remains warm almost all year round.

Other well-known beaches are nearby, such as Anfi del Mar, a favourite among families for its fine white sand and calm waters; Puerto Rico, offering a wide variety of fun water activities; and Puerto de Mogán, famous for its picturesque houses decorated with tropical flowers and its tourist submarine attraction.

Taxis and buses are readily available for exploring the island.

Additional Information:
To reserve the rental property, a security deposit and an agency fee (+ 7% IGIC) are required. Normally, the agency fee is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC.
For rental agreements of up to 11 months, the agency fee is paid by the tenant; for agreements of 12 months or longer, it is paid by the owner.

At the end of the tenancy, if the property is returned in the same condition as it was received, the security deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. Usually, the deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
